Our engineering team have extensive experience in Apple device repairs, from iMacs, Macbook Pros, iPad and iPhone. We can repair any Apple device, depending upon the extent of the damage. Customers are always put first, offering you the most cost effective way to repair your device. We are a family run business with a passion for technology, we work well together in our custom designed workshop/office, providing what we like to think is the highest quality repair centre around.

I started my career in the Royal Air Force as an Electronic Engineer, I spent my time in the RAF working on Air Defence missile systems to Network and Satellite systems. When I left the RAF I settled back in my home town of Harlow, Essex. I got a job working on the Motorway communication system for 5 years, during this time I spent the last year setting with my dad the foundations of this company. My qualifications include, NVQ L3 Engineering, B-Tech NC Engineering and more recently I have gained Apple Certification for Mac Management 10.10.

I'm the old boy of the team, I think I bring wisdom and a balanced approach to everything we do. My trade is a Mechanical Engineer for which I did a 5 year apprenticeship - that was some XX years ago now. Since then I worked for Pitney Bowes for 27 years as a technical support engineer and latterly as a sales person in the Office Systems division, during this time I was top UK salesperson for over 10 years. I also worked for a niche systems integrator called AMT Sybex providing mobile computer solutions and maintenance systems to the public sector and defence industries of the world. Together with Brendan we are trying to build a company based upon supreme customer service with the highest quality repairs and products.
